My name is Larry Short and it’s my passion for hunting exotic edible mushrooms, and teaching friends and neighbors to do the same safely, that drives MushroomObsession.com. I retired from more than 25 years with the global nonprofit World Vision as a writer, technologist, and webcast host. Since retirement I have honed my hobby as a novelist and tutor for our local school district, as well as traveling through the U.S. and Canada in a quest for the most interesting mushrooms.
